  My first time ordering with them, I just finished eating, I'm pleasantly surprised! The food was sooo fresh and sooooo tasty! I usually drive over 20 minutes to get Pekín duck in an old mom and pops shop, because how picky I'm with the quality, tonight I decided to try this place, (they even have a 1/2 duck option), it was amazing! everything was there, freshness, crispness, seasoning on point but the super plus was the they give me a lot more of the onions and the sauces!, and pancakes were as much as I get for a whole duck on my regular place! (And the pancakes were tender and more flavorful here too lol). I was super complicated with a dish for my husband because his healthy diet and they did it perfectly and were no greedy about the amount of extra especial sauce they send me, the ladies that took my call were extra helpful and the driver was divine, I can't remember the last time a food delivery guy smile at me, lol this gentleman was super pleasant and attentive, he keep a sincere smile the whole time. A very nice meal for my family and a very pleasant experience for me. Thank you "good luck" you guys rock!

  Good luck getting any competent customer service from this restaurant.
  
  I have family visiting and we decided to order Chinese food tonight. I placed an order through Yelp at which point the app crashed. Not sure whether my order went through, I checked my credit card app and it showed two pending charges for this restaurant.
  
  My mom called the restaurant to confirm the order had gone through and mentioned the double charge. She was told everything had gone through and that the second charge would likely just drop off since it was in pending status.
  
  45 minutes later my dad calls to get an update on our order. They tell him they DID NOT receive an online order.
  
  Then why did they tell us the first time we called everything came through?!
  
  I called back quite upset and was repeatedly put on hold and cut off as the person on the phone took other calls. She kept blaming yelp and saying the order didn't go through. Fine, that's not their fault. But I was reiterating the fact I was upset they told us it DID go through. Plus now I have pending charges that I will likely end up having to dispute.
  
  We're now all starving and just ordered from a (hopefully better) Chinese restaurant, which now won't arrive until after 9 pm because we wasted our time on this place.
  
  Based on the atrocious customer service at this restaurant and their dismissiveness toward me, I highly recommend avoiding this place.

  Environment:
  Small hole in the wall-- not that much parking. Very small store, a few chairs. Shop is ran down, kinda messy and the ceiling has mold or water damage.
  
  Food:
  I ordered crab Rangoon, fried veggie rice, chicken lo mein & sesame chicken.
  
  Crab Rangoon were just cream cheese really but decent.
  
  Veggie fried rice was good, needed salt. A lot of different types of veggies. Unfortunately, my boyfriend found some type of chicken cartilage in it & there was also small pieces of chicken in it.
  
  Chicken lo mein was tasty & had a lot of sauce. My boyfriend kept going back for more & he's pretty picky.
  
  Sesame chicken was crispy and saucy. Had a lot of meat and not just flour coating which was great!
  
  The portions are huge overall. Good for leftovers. The flavor profile is decent. Probably won't return.

  I miss this place, I have moved out of state. I knew it was a gem when I was in the area and ordered from here weekly. Why is a good Chinese joint so hard to find! I wish they were up here in Pittsburgh! 10/10 on taste, every time!

  This is how much meat you get in their wontons. Lol what a joke. I've been to other Chinese restaurants and have never seen something like this before. I'd avoid.
